Lobster mousse ravioli in a lobster consomme

Viognier 2013: Intense tropical fruit and orange blossom aromas lead into a fresh juicy, palate with flavours of ginger, honey, spice, apricot, papaya and vanilla flavours.

Veal tongue braised in a Cognac sauce served with double smoked pancetta, caramelized pearl onion and mushroom.

Syrah Grenache Rosé 2013: Mix of wild strawberries and raspberries with flecks of orange zest. The palate is a full on attack of sweet ripe berry fruit, touches of watermelon, tangerine and pepper.

Pan roasted BC lamb tenderloin, sautéed organic quinoa, pea puree, house made crème fraiche, mint jus

Cabernet Franc 2012: Aromas and flavours of Black berries and Morello cherries mingled with smokey oak notes. The palate is lush but dry and is balanced off by juicy fruit acidity.

Tiger blue from Poplar grove Okanagan
Lady Jane from Farmhouse Agassiz

Renaissance Merlot 2011: A wine with an amazing bouquet, you will just want to leave your nose in the glass and breathe! The palate does not disappoint either with dark plums, blackberries, cedar, coffee, and spice.

Chocolate parfait, Belgian dark chocolate sauce, mixed berries compote, mint ice cream

Hart 2012 (Port Style): Made entirely from exceptionally ripe Merlot that was hand harvested from our Osoyoos East Bench vineyard in early October 2012.
