Les Chevaliers des Vins de France Dinner At The French Table
We were lucky enough to host the Vancouver chapter of Les Chevaliers des Vins de France, an association that promotes and protects the French wine industry. We created a special dinner in order to celebrate food and wine of France with canapes, French ham, fish stew, grilled beef tenderloin and ending of course with a cheese plate.
