Chanterelle Season Is Here At The French Table

Chanterelle mushroom season is here as we know some of you wait all year for this treat. The harvests have been particularly devastating the last few years. We used to receive 1600 lbs per year, that went down to 800 lbs/yr and this year we will be receiving only around 40 lbs per week.Chanterelles are becoming very rare as the weather is becoming too hot with little rain.
